You can always search for any specific need that may have been posted in any of the Usenet groups over the past few years at Deja.com.

A larger collection spanning over 15 years can be found at the Telecom Digest and Archives, however you will have to wade through quite a large amount of extraneous material to find what you want, as the search function delivers "pages" which are actually collections of posts from the moderated newsgroup comp.dcom.telecom over a period of time and will not directly reference what you searched for. Having said this, if you are really into telephony, this site should still be checked out.
