You can come up with a pretty good idea of just what plan or combination of plans will provide the best bottom-line on your bill by using the Custom Rate Computer to first find out what plans are available on your phone line(s) and then checking the rate tables to match your calling pattern with one of the bills shown. This will give you a true per minute rate for your calling pattern. If you have a very unusual bill and none of the listed bills is close to your calling patterns, then you may need to send us a copy of your bill.

You have a number of options open as far as sending us your bill is concerned. It is almost useless to provide the type of form most sites utilize for figuring your bill. They consist of a few boxes to enter basic data like the total number of minutes of calling, and the current provider. It is of major importance to take into account all aspects of your bill and your calling patterns. The places called, the length of call, the time/day of the call, the total number of calls per month, the added charges by the provider and the government, etc. The only way to effectively analyze any phone bill is to use an exact copy of the bill with all charges detailed. This either requires that the bill be sent to us by fax or snail mail or some major effort on your part is expended.

You must include EVERY line to get an accurate analysis. We assume you have decided to fax or mail the bill at this point. The entire bill should be sent. Whatever method you choose, we will use the information from your bill to calculate the absolute cheapest plan for your exact calling pattern. This uses a method that takes each call individually into account and figures the best plan for the calls one at a time. This allows us to create a combination plan that will result in the absolute lowest bottom line. This is something that obviously requires computer analysis and it is made a lot easier and quicker if we have a good legible copy of the bill so we can scan it directly into the program. Please ensure you are sending a high quality copy if you mail it, and you especially need to start with a good copy for a fax and use fine or high resolution when you send it.

We make every effort to do all this as quickly as possible and unless we are inundated with requests at the time, you should have your free analysis within 48 hours of our receipt of your bill.
