without some justification. We have all suffered through seemingly endless waits on hold
trying to get the phone company to upgrade our service, correct an error on
our bill, get an explanation of a new phantom charge, or trying to do ANYTHING
that should be simple in theory, but always seems to become an arduous task.
In any case, it's a basic
requirement of life in our society to deal with phones every
day, so we all need to know as much as possible about the best way to use them
and how to pay the least for our use. That's where we come in. Check out
the menu at the left side of each page on this section of the site and you'll
see a fairly broad range of topics related to gaining insight into the world
of telephony and saving money on all aspects of your bill.

or fax your own. You can read or post comments on anything related to telecommunications,
find out what all those charges are on your bill and if you really have to pay them.
